Inter-American Development Bank (IADB): “Support Program for Sanitary Sector in Peru, Phase II, Peru Loan 0142”. Preparation of program for private sector participation through concession of water and sanitation services for the cities of Huancayo, Chiclayo, Pucallpa y Trujillo. Analysis of current operations, evaluation of infrastructure and services, technical assessment of contractual documents, evaluation of capital and operation & maintenance projections, risk management analysis, development of investment strategies and involvement of private contract operators.

Inter-American Development Bank (IDB): “Environmental Program for Metropolitan Quito (PSA) IDB Loan 1424/OC-EC-0200”. Engineering and water business support for this U$S 50 million loan to Metropolitan Water and Sanitation Company (EMAAP-Q). The general objective of this program is to reduce the occurrence of flooding and landslides in the capital city, strengthen the institutional capacity of the water company, and optimize the performance of water and wastewater services (EMAAP-Q serves 2 million people in Quito).
